Returns

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Unopened items can be returned for a full refund.
  • Opened items do not need to be sent back—we understand that once opened, they cannot be reused.

To start a return, contact us at support@bestpartkids.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send back any unopened items. Please note that returns must be requested before sending anything back.


Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Timing may vary by bank.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out right away at support@bestpartkids.com or visit our customer service page so we can make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like to try a different product or flavor, the fastest option is to request a return and place a new order.
