I can NOT believe I found a multivitamin that not only has all the best bioavailable forms of vitamins but also the methylated forms of the Bs and actually TASTELESS!!!! I have 2 autistic toddlers and a 3rd nuerodivergent child not on the spectrum and all 3 can detect even the slightest taste of any B vitamin and I've been researching and personally trying many different brands for 4 years!!! I am really impressed with this. I changed last minute to the berry flavor because I haven’t had success with my 9 yr autistic PDA daughter taking powdered supplements and the red juice idea seemed like the best shot. I was so surprised to find that it tastes just like fruit punch! And I think the only flavoring ingredients are real raspberry powder and stevia. Love that it has no natural flavor added. My 5 yr old drinks it no problem but we’re still working up to having it every day and I do worry she won’t want to drink a whole glass every day forever so we’ll probably eventually try the flavorless. My 9 yr tasted it and said yummy but is not drinking it just because she knows it’s a multivitamin and it’s something she “should” drink.
